No resolution on missing item weeks later

Ordered three items and it was obvious there was an issue in transit that one of the items was compromised as the order had to be re-boxed upon arrival at FedEx before arriving here. I have gone through the online process to rectify this and have even provided tracking information, packing slips and shown products that did arrive. I did not have the shipping box as I was unaware at the time of receipt that there had been an issue. At first there were several client services emails addressing this, now it's been 14 days of absolute silence. No response after I provided the requested information. Provided it again. No response. I have requested an update. No response. But I did get a request for a review.

Just disappointing as I was trying this service out to see experience so I could use for client gifts this holiday. I cannot trust that they will rectify issues timely or with good communication and would be embarrassed if I gave this to a client and they went through this same experience. Definitely a no for gifting to others. Just very disappointed.

First of all the order was shipped in two parts. Second, the primary gift item took over two weeks t ship and still not sure if my gift to a friend ever arrived as of Monday 08-29 it was still in limbo. Was it ever arrive? Not sure, you tell me.

I ordered 2 items and only got 1

I ordered 2 items and only got 1. I sent them an email to find out where my other (the more expensive one) was and when it would ship. Never heard from them.

Failure to ship…

I ordered an engraved bottle nearly 4 weeks ago. It’s been sitting waiting for FedEx to pick it up for 10 days, despite two phone calls and promises (via email) that it would be picked up that day. Birthday missed.

Awful service, order not fulfilled

Ordered a bottle for a friend for her birthday, more than 2 weeks later and 3 contacts with the company and finally told there were supply issues, no effort to try and resolve the issue with an alternative, I finally asked for my money back. I'd avoid if possible.
